Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Zaco Computers Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and selling networking products and solutions, with specific experience in Cisco-centric and Aruba-centric projects and implementations.

Responsibilities:

· Learn about Zaco Computers Private Limited, our portfolio of offerings and how to articulate our value proposition to prospective customers.

· Leverage prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective customers.

· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales and revenue growth.

· Identify and target potential clients, focusing on those seeking IT infrastructure and network solutions.

· Work closely with the customers to understand their requirements and suggest and quote appropriate networking products and solutions.

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

· Leverage knowledge and experience in selling networking solutions, with a focus on Cisco and Aruba-centric projects.

· Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the value proposition of Zaco's network solutions and services.

· Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Provide input and feedback to enhance Zaco's product and service offerings based on market trends and client needs.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Zaco's capabilities and solutions.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any field.

· Must have prior experience in sales of products and solutions of Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet etc.

· Proven experience in marketing and business development roles, particularly IT products (Servers, workstations, software, licenses, Network devices, Cybersecurity services, IT infrastructure services etc.)

· Solid understanding of networking products and solutions, particularly in Cisco and Aruba.

· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Knowledge of IT infrastructure maintenance services is a plus.

· Familiarity with designing networking solutions and configuration and troubleshooting of network devices is advantageous.
