About the Team:

The team comprises former consultants, analysts, developers, and designers with extensive experience in building and maintaining large data tools. Their diverse backgrounds enable them to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional products to their clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to join the team. There are openings for Full Stack, Backend, and Frontend Engineers. As pivotal members of the company, you will lead product and engineering decisions, own large parts of the product architecture, and work directly with customers to define and refine offerings. These roles offer a unique opportunity to influence the product roadmap and contribute to the go-to-market strategy, providing a comprehensive learning experience on turning a product into a successful business.

Responsibilities:

Lead product and engineering decisions

Own large parts of the product architecture

Collaborate with design to define the product

Work directly with customers to understand their needs and improve the product

Drive decisions outside of engineering, contributing to product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in software engineering

Degree from a top Computer Science school

Experience working at a reputable early-stage or high-growth startup

Proficiency in end-to-end web development

Experience with Typescript, React, and Python

Excitement to tackle hard technical problems, such as frontend performance, home-grown charting libraries, scaling infrastructure, data engineering as a service, and resilient testing infrastructure

Ideal Candidate:

Worked at notable startups with a high bar for talent, such as Retool, Hightouch, or Hex

Experience with companies backed by top investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Sequoia Capital, Accel, Bessemer Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Khosla Ventures, First Round Capital, and Y Combinator

A proven track record of working in high-growth startup environments
