Position Title: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Australia – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth

Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work on a major client project in Australia. The position will be full time.

Mandatory Skills:

Requirement elicitations and stakeholder management

Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach

Event Storming and Big picture methodology for micro services

Auction and Finance domain knowledge with hands-on experience

Scrum Master and Agile Mythologies [Confluence, JIRA, TFS or MS Dev Ops]

Proficient in mentoring end users on application functionalities

Expert in Project Management

Exposure to automation testing frameworks and ability to lead automation team

Hands-on experience on product engineering

Description:

Expertise in business design of Enterprise Systems using Domain-Driven Development DDD and Feature-Driven Development FDD

Liaison between customer's business users and Development/QA team to bridge the gap between business and technical teams

Manage the effects and impact of requested changes to established projects, systems, and applications, as well as the identification and communication of project risks.

Ability to participate in requirement capture from various stakeholders and preparing BRD, FRS, Use Case Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Process Flows, and Domain Model as well as standardize a process.

Experience on requirement elicitation for Web/Desktop and Mobile (Android/iOS) application

Knowledge on Dual track agile helix and P3 framework for Product Engineering.

Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements (both business, functional and non-functional requirements).

Hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca/ SOA Test/ SoapUI/ Selenium and Java are good to have.

Strong experience in SQL and NoSql queries.

Deliver business solution design documentation requirements or user stories, producing the relevant artefacts to ensure traceability of design principles.

Work with the business on high quality solutions, including the Product team and Tech team stakeholders to lead and facilitate business requirements gathering, ensuring high quality and adequate coverage.

Consult with the business and product owners to priorities and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.

Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timelines, applying product development principles, innovative thinking and a focus around the customer or user experience.

Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective.

Apply Agile frameworks, techniques and processes and overlay agile reporting and governance to deliver incremental value to areas of responsibility.

Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.

Salary :- $125k and above
