**Restaurant Manager Position Available - Ipswich**

We are a vibrant, family-owned Indian restaurant located in the heart of Ipswich. We are dedicated to offering our customers the finest Indian cuisine in a warm, welcoming environment. Due to our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Managing and scheduling restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations

- Oversee catering and function planning to provide superior customer experiences

- Applying a knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails to ensure a diverse beverage menu

- Closing daily sales and managing restaurant operational finances

- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

**Required Qualifications & Experience:**

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as waitstaff, preferably in the restaurant industry

- RSA Licence is mandatory

- Proven experience in staff management and rostering

- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and cash handling

- Proficiency in restaurant operation and managing functions
