Residential HVAC Lea Technician $40 per Hour

Local Ofallon based HVAC company is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As a lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems

- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems

- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:

- Service technician

- Controls experience preferred

- Air conditioning installation and repair

- Mechanical aptitude

- Experience in runnings service calls and interfacing with clientele.

- Refrigeration knowledge

- Building and construction skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
