THE GIST:
Our client, award winning & full-service interior design firm, seeks a House Manager/Personal Assistant to support their Founder. The ideal candidate has experience in personal assistance and ensuring the smooth & efficient daily operations of a household. THE NITTY GRITTY:
Manage daily household activities & needs running errands, grocery shopping, mailing packages, returning items, organizing, etc.
Maintain personal calendars, book appointments, and send reminders for upcoming events
Oversee and coordinate with household staff
Collaborate and sync weekly with founder's Executive Assistant
Plan dinners, make reservations, and coordinate personal events
Assist with caring for pets and scheduling dog walkers
Open packages and organize mail
Arrange personal travel and prepare itineraries
Act as the point person for household projects, work with outside vendors, and manage budget & timelines
Organize and track invoices
Assist with other projects and tasks, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
3+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant and/or House Manager
Experience working with UHNWI and/or founders preferred
Flexibility to travel with principal on occasion preferred but not required
Proactive and adaptiveapproach to issues & opportunities
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work outside normal business hours for special events, if needed
Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
Knowledge of the San Francisco restaurant/event scene a plus!
Personable & professional communication style
Excellent customer service skills and ability to anticipate the needs of others

COMPENSATION:$100,000-$120,000/yr base salary + health benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
