Job Description/Qualifications:

Customer Service Excellence: We're seeking candidates with 3-5 years of customer service experience who are committed to delivering outstanding service with every interaction.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in this role. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in all tasks.

Call Center Experience: While not required, experience in a call center environment is a significant advantage. Candidates with collection experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

3-5 years Customer Service experience is a MUST
