Patient Service Representative

Job Description

Position Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerforms patient qualifications and/or pre-consultations by providing education and information on the multitude of programs offered.\tResponsible for follow-up on all leads, setting patient appointments, and updating the CRM, ensuring a final disposition is made on each potential patient inquiry.\tProficient in all OMWL Prescription and non-Prescription patient programs.\tUses communication skills and sales techniques to schedule consultations, creating urgency, and maintain KPls relevant to the role.\tFollows the standards set forth by OMWL for lead management to maximize revenue results.\tIs flexible, schedule will require evening and weekend hours.\tAdheres to all HIPAA and OSHA protocols.\tPerforms other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission of the organization and success of Patient Service team

\tDevelops and supports all clinics on their rebooking efforts and retention strategies regarding patient loyalty and outcomes.\tWorks other calls assignments. Competencies: COMPETENCIES

Required Education/Experience : Required Qualifications - REQUIRED QAULIFICATIONS

Call Center Experience Required High School Diploma or equivalent\tOne year+ in sales, customer service or call center environment

\tAbility to build rapport quickly with inbound and outbound customers, both internal and external

\tSelf-motivated, driven, goal oriented, and confident with the ability to work independently and in a team

\tIndividual must be extremely tech savvy and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment\tExperience using a contact tracking system CRM/EMR. (preferred)\tExperience within the weight loss, nutrition, fitness, medical, spa or related industry. (preferred)\tExperience with setting and reaching quotas. (preferred)
