US - Technical Project Manager

Welcome to Symbio, a MICHELIN-FAURECIA-STELLANTIS joint-venture working for a cleaner mobility.

Our company creates hydrogen systems which are integrated in different types of vehicles.

Since the joint venture in 2019 we have grown from 40 to 800 employees in France, and we are now growing our US team as well. In 2021, Symbio entered the US Market, to develop its manufacturing footprint and contribute to meet the growing interest and demands for clean mobility technology.

We are recruiting an Technical Program Manager

Your main missions will be the following:

• Create WBS and Project Management plan.

• Report and manage progress of projects including WBS, budget, schedule...

• Manage technical risk

• Liaise with government customers

• Drive agreement and subagreement process

• Procurement

• Keep track of project inventory

• You will be involved in process improvement to develop the technical scope and you develop supplier RFI and RFQ.

Your profile:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management in the automotive (OEM, tiers 1) or similar industry. Experience on a vehicle integration project required. Experience with government program is a plus.

Computer Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS project and MS Dynamics. Knowledge in CAD is a plus.

Other Skills: • Client relationship • Good negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Pro-activity in problem solving • High degree of organization

Education & Certifications: Engineering Degree required and PMP preferred.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
