Data Analyst II

Managing budgets, forecasting and reconciliation for budgets (includes project budgets, staffing budgets and data out of Fieldglass, etc.).

- Creating graphs and providing reports that show trending budget analysis - be able to look at the budget and forecast out for the rest of the year to show if we're going to go over budget or if we're looking good.

- Need to have that curiosity to learn the business behind the data

- This person is also responsible for making sure that all timesheets are entered in a timely manner

Must have skillset:

Must have experience managing, forecasting, reconciling & analyzing budgets using Excel - including providing trending analysis.

Must be an expert in Excel - pivot tables, vlookups, formulas (if statements, etc.), Index & Match, Macros, creating graphs.

Must have the ability/ desire to eventually present the budget analysis to leadership (good communication/ presentation skills) #INDNTL
