Full Stack Technical Lead (Node.js)

As a Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack, you'll lead the development of enterprise solutions, such as user profile/notification services. If you excel in leadership, problem-solving, and fast-paced environments, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring alignment with architectural frameworks.

Drive hands-on software development, including coding, code reviews, and design documentation.

Analyze complex business and system processes to devise solutions.

Establish application methodologies and standards for design, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities. Qualifications:

8+ years of full-stack application design and development experience.

Proficiency in technologies like Spring, Java, NodeJS, Angular/React, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews.

Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
