Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, is in need of a Production Application Support Manager for permanent employment. The Production Application Support Manager will be leading a team of 2 in support of all existing applications.
Required Skills:
15+ years of IT experience
5+ years of production application support in a financial/investment industry environment
Experience working in a cloud environment preferably Azure
3+ years of Dynatrace experience
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Exchange, O365, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Power Automate
Knowledge around Cisco routers and switches
PowerShell scripting
Linux and Windows operating systems
Virtualization experience including VMware, VDI, or VxBlock
Workflow automation experience
Experience with the DevOps/Release process.
