Job Description: As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations in a variety of settings, including schools, healthcare facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide support to clients and their families.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Experience working with pediatric or adult populations preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
