Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals in the Ann Arbor community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to improving communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals

Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing function

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and caregivers, to optimize patient care

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Valid Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment
