Job Description

A prominent high-net-worth couple is in search of an organized and detail-oriented personal assistant to work on-site, 4 days a week, and efficiently manage administrative and personal tasks, supporting their day-to-day schedule.

Role: Part-Time Personal Assistant

Client: Confidential High Net Worth Couple

Schedule: 4 days a week 30 hours weekly

Hours: 9AM-4PM PT

Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles, at their home *applicants must be close to Westside LA*

Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

Must be able to start ASAP

Responsibilities

MUST have at least 3+ years of Personal Assistant experience (listed in resume)

Must have MAC experience

Proven experience with QuickBooks

Experience keeping track of bills and invoicing for the home as well as, correspondence calendars etc., keep insurances up to date and maintenance records for home and cars coordinate repairs, oversee housekeepers, etc.

Must be proactive and self-sufficient
