Inside Sales / VMI Support

Job Description

R/W Connection, a leading distributor of industrial supplies and rubber products, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our industrial supply inside sales team in our Landisville, PA location.

This is an office position in which the primary responsibilities would include:

Handle customer requests for quotes and order processing

Support outside sales efforts with quote, order, expedite or sample requests

Support VMI initiatives

Provide technical assistance

Purchasing

Counter support

Follow and promote all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others

Qualifications:

Customer service skills required

Excellent communication skills

Computer skills required

Team player with ability to handle multiple roles when required

Strong work ethic

Prior distribution experience preferred
