Job Description

Wholesale jewelry company looking for an account executive to help manage current client accounts and dotcom item setup. We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. If you have some experience in sales or customer service, you would be great for this position.

Responsibilities

Main point of contact for customer assistant buyers

Prepare & Participate in customer meetings

Create customer proposals after meetings

Assisting Merchandiser /PD with new product for trends or customer requests

Order follow up & customer communication when issues arise

Respond promptly to customer queries to find solutions

Present new or additional products to existing customers

Load new item specs onto customer portals

Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues

Work with company database for to ensure new samples are correct & images uploaded

Skills

Experience as an Account Representative or other assistant sales role

Proficient in MS Office

Strong communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking ability

Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure

Self-driven & ability to work on your own

Team player

Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30

2wks vacation time
