Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative for our frontline team. We are a custom uniform and equipment company for law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies - Not your average retail store!
You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, following their specifications for order processing, sizing for uniforms, merchandising and providing top notch customer service!
Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Retail Sales Representative Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
Exceptional Memory and Attention to Detail: The ideal candidate will have an ability to retain and recall information about past clients, including their specific requirements, feedback, and interactions with our services. This includes the capacity to remember individual client preferences, challenges, and successes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer and phone experience a must!
