In joining RWS’s Finance team you will be a critical part of supporting a listed world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content, and intellectual property services. Group finance, led by our Group CFO; Candy Davies, includes diverse teams across the globe operating in functions including business partnering, operational finance, specialist, and group functions. Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Unify Program team and stakeholders to understand and document current O2C processes, including but not limited to accounts payable and payments.

Participate in localization workshops to ensure that finance processes are adapted to meet the specific needs and requirements of different regions or business units.

Engage and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate D365 functionality against business requirements and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.

Become a D365 super-user by completing comprehensive training on the system's functionalities, configurations, and best practices.

Support development of training materials, including user manuals, process maps, guides, and training modules, tailored to the specific needs of the Finance SSC team.

Lead training sessions for the Finance SSC team, located in India, Czech Republic and Shenzhen, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize D365 for their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Help onboard new SSC team members to D365 and the legacy systems as the Global SSC roll out progresses across the business.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to the Finance SSC team post-implementation, addressing any system-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other SMEs and project team members to share best practices, lessons learned, and insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of finance processes within D365.

Serve as a liaison between the Finance SSC team and the Unify Program team, facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and advocating for the SSC team's needs and requirements.

Contribute to the overall success of the Unify program by actively participating in meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities, demonstrating a commitment to achieving project objectives and milestones.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or similar finance operations environment is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of O2C processes, including accounts payable and payments.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, and proficiency in system configuration and customization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
