Postal Software Operator & Fulfillment Processor

Job Description

Direct Marketing Solutions, LLC is a growing direct mail/fulfillment company located in Eastlake and are looking for people to work in our postal data department. We know that our employees are why we keep our customers happy!

Ideal Candidate - Energetic, detail oriented, self motivated and willing to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing data files (excel) through our postal software and creating postal paperwork, uploading to the USPS site, etc. Working with copiers. Sending files to printer and loading and unloading paper in the printers for various print jobs.

Fulfillment – putting kits together for customers, hand inserting envelopes, working with machine operators.

Shipping packages out via USPS, FedEx, UPS.

Skills Required:

Excel, intermediate computer knowledge, working with copiers, processing data files (excel), ability to lift 50lbs., working well with people, following directions, customer friendly.

Equipment Used:

Microsoft Office – including outlook, excel, word, copiers, computer, postal software, InDesign.

Compensation - $14/hour with PTO, 401K matching, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Relaxed dress code, Birthday celebrations, company outings, monthly free lunch Fridays, air conditioned shop. Room for Advancement and overtime available.Company Description
