Human Resources Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

This position will be reporting directly to the Operational Manager

He/she will be responsible of overseeing the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.

Oversee the Corporate Affair including Employee relation, and General Affair.

To localize, support, and standardize the Corporate HR Policies, procedures, and processes for the Indonesia region.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychologies, Chinese Literature, or other related

Minimum of 3 years working experiences needed for HR, IR, or GA fields.

Have working proficiency of Mandarin Speaking (Minimum HSK4/5 out of HSK8)

Good understanding of HR-related matters, and regulations that subjugates within the employee resolvement in Indonesia
