Job Title: Documentation Coordinator

Location: Remote (MST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM MST

Role Overview:

Our company is seeking a dedicated Documentation Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting the application process of a REAP grant that aims to fund solar systems for small businesses. As a Documentation Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our back-office operations, ensuring that all documents are meticulously managed and procedures are smoothly facilitated.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Collect, organize, and review all necessary documentation from business owners to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.

Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with business owners to gather required documents within set deadlines.

Process Facilitation: Work closely with the grant writer to ensure that all procedural requirements are met for successful grant applications.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of documentation and procedural adherence to prevent errors and ensure compliance with grant requirements.

Task Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Prior experience in grant application processes, with a preference for candidates with a background in renewable energy projects or financial documentation.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and document storage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Finance, or related field.

Experience in document management or administrative roles within the renewable energy sector.

Familiarity with REAP grants or other similar funding programs.
