HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Make outbound callsto prospective clients based on distribution and close salesto ensure targets are met
Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard
Accurate data capturing Obtain referrals from current clients
Create awareness by distributing marketing material Generate quotations and follow-up.
Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client
E-mail the completed subscriber form to the client for signature and receive it back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client'ssignature
Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
Follow up on fitment scheduling
Contact the client to confirm the scheduled appointment
Follow-up if the appointment was not honored.
Assist client with any otherservicesrequired i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices, etc. Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures
Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information/training sessions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Vocational Graduate/Undergraduate/ College Level/College graduate
With 1 year of telemarketing/call center sales experience/ any sales experience or customer service experience
Knows end to end sales
Familiar with a CRM system
Attention to detail
Familiar with telephone etiquette
Good listening skills
Knows how to conduct sales presentation
Willing to work onsite in Makati City
