For our office in Tirana, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to join our team.

Job summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full cycle of recruiting from job posting, headhunting through different channels, building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers, and stay updated on industry trends/hiring practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for various positions, sourcing top-quality candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Strive to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Operational Efficiency: Implement and manage efficient recruitment processes, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high-quality standards. Develop and monitor performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with the HR professionals in your team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and professional growth. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Compliance: Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements in the recruitment process.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, key performance indicators, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Previous work experience in a senior recruitment or human resources role.

In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations related to recruitment.

Strong business insight with a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural teams.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel within Albania and abroad for work purposes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
