Job Description

The Supply Chain Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's supply chain operations, focusing on both areas Menu Planning and Operational Procurement. They work to ensure that Procurement order data is processed on time, additionally they support Menu Planning with several weekly supporting tasks to enable efficient operations, cost control and customer satisfaction.

It needs strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of supply chain processes. They should also be adept at problem-solving and have the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Procurement:

Support the team to consistently meet the teams targets

Upload actual demand on a daily basis, incl. download from MPS and SPS to OT Prepper and upload of hybrid file to OT; indicate problems to DACH Tech

Update the Supply Checker and Planning Sheet on a daily basis

Upload the forecasts on a weekly basis (T-1 till T-5)

Menu Planning:

Support the team to consistently meet the teams targets

Perform weekly recipe versioning in Menu Planning Service (MPS)

Upload the long-term recipe volume forecasts to Menu Planning Service (MPS) on a weekly basis

Upload the new menu to Menu Planning Service (MPS) on a monthly basis

Track KPIs on a monthly basis, e.g. predicted menu performance and menu convenience rate

Perform weekly SKU complexity reduction & tracking in alignment with Culinary

Monitor post menu sign off (PMSO) changes

Identify recipes that need to undergo a COGS (costs of goods sold) rework and submit to Recipe Development (RD)

Perform long-term SKU replacements and send out mail to stakeholders

Create new recipes to be launched in HelloFresh Market (HFM)

Skills and preferred qualifications

You have already gained at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role or in the field of supply chain management or purchasing

You have a university degree in a business field, preferably with a focus on supply chain management

You are number driven and have a very good analytical understanding

You work independently, structured and conscientiously

You have a great interest in operational processes and their continual improvement

You are very well organized and always have an eye on deadlines

You speak English fluently

You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a thirst for action

You are communicative and a team player

You learn quickly and find the right solution to every problem

Benefits

Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year.

13th-month pay calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment.

Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries.

Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year.

Group Life Insurance is provided.

Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
