Our client Established in 2001, it emerged as an automotive aftermarket global player, specializing in the marketing and distribution of aftermarket automotive spare parts, automotive batteries, tires, and lubricants. Headquartered in the 'bustling trading hub' of Dubai, UAE, they operate a network of branch offices in Asia, Africa, and North America.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Coordinator (immediate joiners only) to join our client team. The Supply Chain Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the supply chain function, shipping documents preparing, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams (Finance and Logistics) and external vendors (manufacturers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders).

Responsibilities:

Document Preparation and Verification:

Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export declarations, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

Verify accuracy and completeness of shipping documents prior to dispatch.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with internal teams to advice schedule of shipments.

Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and obtain shipment status updates.

Customs Compliance:

Ensure all shipping documents comply with import/export regulations and customers requirements.

Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and certificates for international shipments.

Record-Keeping and Data Entry:

Maintain accurate records of shipment details, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and shipping costs.

Input shipping data into ERP systems.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred).

Previous experience in administrative or documentation-related roles is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
