Important Information

Must have US Market Recruitment experience.

This role pays PKR 2000 per candidate submission made to the client and the client accepts the submission.

Payments will be made at the end of every month for all the submissions made during that month.

Upon successful placement, the recruiter will be eligible for a Bonus of PKR 50,000 per placement.

Base salary will be offered if the candidate has opted for a salary-based role but there is a one-month probationary period for evaluation. The placement bonus is PKR 25000 Per Placement.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter at TEKRRA1, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs. You will leverage various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage passive and active candidates.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive process.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
