Job Description
Find sales prospects & leads
Plan customer visits according to marketing strategy from the sales manager
Creating client/customer visitation reports
Coordinate & work together with the team to achieve and progress the expected targets
Negotiate with prospective customers/clients
Execute & control the sales/marketing project
Handle POs & forwarding it to the logistics department
Monitor payment processes
Issuing warranty certificate to customers
Creating sales transaction report
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Civil Engineering/Architect)
4+ years of experience in Sales/as a Sales Executive
Experience in handling a project, especially that of Sales/Marketing project is a plus
Able to work together in a team
Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
Honest, responsible, disciplined and innovative in working
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Excellent mastery of MS Office
Placement in Jakarta Barat
