CS is going through digital transformation and rolling Oracle HCM Cloud to its various offices across the World. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and can help us in this journey. This position works with HR, Payroll & IT team members to identify business process improvements, define, and analyze technical requirements; to resolve business issues during implementation; identify potential solutions and interface with technical and reporting teams.
Key Responsible Areas:
• Implementation and Support of Oracle HCM modules as a Technical Consultant.
Required Experience:
• 5-7 years Cloud/R12 HCM experience with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. Ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of implementation/Support experience working on Cloud HCM Modules like HR/Benefits/Absence/ Payroll/Performance/Compensation/Time & Labor Modules as a Technical consultant.
• Strong technical knowledge of BI Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
• Clear and effective communication skills – both Verbal and Written.
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Electronics and Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training.
