Job Description:

As a Spa Manager at California Skin Care & Day Spa, you'll be the captain of serenity, ensuring that every client leaves our spa with a sense of bliss and rejuvenation. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction.

Lead and inspire a dedicated team of estheticians, massage therapists, receptionists, and support staff.

Develop and execute spa promotions, packages, and events to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies.
