You’ll join the agency as a Senior Executive, Paid Search delivering Paid Search excellence.

You’ll be responsible for helping manage campaigns across one of our fashion clients, Dockers, but also across the Search team that supports Tourism Ireland. You will help manage their international campaigns within the EMEA region. Through doing this you’ll be liaising with clients, building strategies, working with other teams within the business and with our team to drive efficiencies and performance among other responsibilities.

At the heart of both client teams, sit the performance teams, comprising of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts, who together with the client team build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to continue to grow our clients. Our remit covers 10 local markets across EMEA and within the OMD EMEA team we are able responsible for leading the strategy through to activation.

This role offers opportunities to work alongside our Paid Social, Search, and broader Performance media specialists within th account teams to create future-focused, award-winning campaigns for our clients.

You’ll thrive on being on the cutting edge of digital media, and use your platform experience to plan, manage and optimise search campaigns, ensuring we deliver best practice performance media and exceed client results and expectations. You’ll support the team in day to day operations, with a view to eventually taking ownership of key campaigns and leading the relevant client communications.

You’ll enjoy being part of a high-performance team, and helping clients test, learn and scale new initiatives. About You

You will need experience in managing Paid Search campaigns. eCommerce activations are a desirable skillset but not a requirement.

It's not essential to have worked in a media agency before, but you do need some relevant commercial experience in Paid Search advertising.

You will build relationships with people from across the agency and learn from their experience.

You will support your colleagues and treat everyone you work with with respect.

You will help make coming to work enjoyable for every member of our organisation.

We expect that you are passionate about new developments in Paid Search advertising.

You need to be a proactive and curious learner; keen to develop and learn new skills independently and share and collaborate with a wider team.
