Customer Service Representative

Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Execute various operational processes on a weekly basis, including ordering supplies, generating reports, sending emails, and following up on leads and pending items in our system.

Prioritize excellence in customer service to uphold our brand's core value of achieving 5-star reviews on every job.

Demonstrate eagerness to learn about the insulation industry through self-education using written materials, live Zoom meetings, and training videos provided by the company.

Adapt to evolving responsibilities, transitioning from customer and lead intake to kickstarting the sales process.

Respond to leads promptly and with a sense of urgency across different channels, including website inquiries, phone calls, and social media messages.

Possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn and utilize other software as a service (SaaS) platforms such as QuickBooks.

Manage multiple tasks concurrently and seamlessly transition between basic customer intake duties and various administrative responsibilities.
