LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES

Position : Customer Service Agent (Technical Support)

Working Hours : 9am-5pm PST

Salary Range : USD 800 - USD 1,500/month

Responsibilities:

● More technical experience in electronic products.

● Understand problems clients face with their product.

● Answer tickets and resolve issues of customers with their products.

● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and provide accurate and helpful information.

● Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

● Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.

● Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery.

● Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate personnel.

● Update and maintain customer information and records in the company database.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Support.

● Proficienct in Gorgias and Shopify.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

● Seeking a candidate who is experienced with electronic products and understands how they work.

● Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Comfortable using various online platforms and tools such as CRM systems and project management software.

● Ability to work independently and take initiative.

● High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
