Manage the life cycle of voice environment (CUCM, NICE Voice Recording solutions...)
Manage the life cycle of security environment (Checkpoint/PaloAlto/Bluecoat/F5...)
Manage incident queue and ensure these are resolved in due time (monitoring, investigation, resolution, follow-up)
Work with the team on all infrastructurre project where network/security is needed
Help Project Management Office team in their projects for all network/voice related topics
Work with external vendor within incident/project/BAU (Service provider, Carriers, Telco…)
Ensure inventory updates, capacity planning, KPI tracking
Be part of a network team and security operation teams a great set of environments to manage
Be part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7)
Willing to perform task out of office hours on the production environement
