Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate– SharePoint Support Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing web applications.

Responsibilities

Supporting/Troubleshooting SharePoint technology related applications and responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures.

Knowledge of support process, Incident and Problem Management, Application monitoring tasks

Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.

Ensure the appropriate tool is updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates, and case closure information

Understanding of the requirement with the team

Work on assigned software deliverables

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

Proficient in SharePoint Development / Support

Participate in meetings

Code properly stored in Repository

Participate in technical reviews and contributing to technical discussion

Learn new techniques and designs to improve quality

Performance evaluation and work towards fixing of issues

Proactive communications

Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis 24*5

Willingness and ability to multi-task
