Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Reservations Agent to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

Support the Reservations Team in the complete process of reservations, correspondence and reservations control.

Ensure groups booking, e-mails, faxes and other correspondences are handled within 24 hours.

Monitor group bookings.

Work closely with Front Office to ensure the departmental objectives are met.

General Requirements

Business level in spoken and written Japanese and English.

Ability to utilize feedbacks and anticipate customer’s needs.

Completed High school and College education.
