Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Analyse spend and transaction data on logistics categories like inbound / outbound transportation, warehousing, line feeding, stock yard operation etc
Value stream mapping of various process, gap analysis, root cause analysis, idea generation, solution designing and implementation
Operate program office to deliver as per set plan. Prepare dashboards and regular reports to the steering committee on individual workstreams, cost savings, and other KPIs
To study competition, market trends, industry trends, regulatory aspects and macroeconomic parameters specific to logistics and provide periodic inputs to businesses/sectors
To be the catalyst for new technology trends like TMS / WMS / Optimiser tools
Domain knowledge of logistics operation i.e. Inbound ( Parts) & Outbound ( Finished Vehicles & Spares), Warehousing, In Plant line feeding, stock Yard operations preferably for Auto OEMs
Problem solving capabilities, analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities.
Project management skills
Understanding of key logistics trends
Understanding of strategic aspects of business, global business environment.
Ability to put together high quality presentations

Education Qualification
MBA, B-Tech / B.Eng./CA from premier institutes
General Experience
Experience of 5-7 years in Large corporates and / or management consulting firms
