Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested local bidders to submit their bids for the supply of items grouped in the following Lots;

Lot 1: Supply of generator spare parts.

Lot 2: Lift spare parts

Technical specifications for the above mentioned item will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 20th May 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 07th June 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted electronically using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Indicate specifications and brand of the proposed spares, delivery and warranty period. Provide your account number and payment terms in the financial proposal. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate

-Specifications of the spares

-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
