Within the Global Operations Engineering Team, we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be part of a team with focus on high-quality PLM BL support for various Business Lines (BL).

In this exciting role your responsibilities will include:

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and process expert

Provide transactional support for creation and maintenance of data in PLM systems and tools as required

Interface with global clients on business data requirements and advise support options, with recommendations

Business Line product portfolio review and guidance with business clients

Participate in Change Management process providing PLM and planning representation

Documentation updates in databases and catalogues

Maintains files of project reports, specifications, product proposals, and documentation

Prepares process and status reports, assigns and monitors document numbers, and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness

Ensures documents meet standards for planning and production

Qualification:

Education: Degree in Engineering/Business

Experience: Industrial experience in semiconductor field is a plus

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

Good communication skills; in English, verbal, written, and timely

Ability to understand and communicate with engineers preferred

Oriented to continuous improvement preferred

Ability to work unsupervised and self-directed

Ability to prioritize workload to ensure internal clients are supported

Bill of material knowledge helpful

Willingness to occasionally do early morning / late night calls with clients in US time zones
