Position Summary

Working as part of the tight-knit Manila team, you will advise and manage key HR processes for a specific client group in our Manila office. Flexible in your approach you will be keen to develop your professional knowledge in a fast-paced and stimulating working environment.

Although primarily focused on day to day operational matters, you will also work across a wide range of projects. You can anticipate unforeseen challenges and will be both resilient and pragmatic in your approach to managing change.

Duties and Accountabilities1

· Maintain a centralized global database tracking live and proposed activity using the Firm Mobility system and relevant HR systems.

· Manage and coordinate day to day operations by drafting documentation, completing HR submission forms (PANs) and joiner/leaver repatriation administrative tasks.

· Process expense reimbursements and allocate costs to the relevant practice groups.

Coordinate and process billing for all mobility vendors

Liaison with Benefits team to ensure proper information and reports are provided.

Prepare Mobility reports for all regional advisory teams.

Review system workflow data and monitor efficiency points

Provide support to Global Mobility specialists and Mobility team.

Respond and handle shared mailbox messages as first point of contact, escalating issues to Global Mobility Specialists as needed.

Execute data entry and analysis on compensation and relocation assistance deemed taxable in the USA/UK

Assist and coordinade task workflows with the mobility team (signed terms, RAC approval, immigration related matters and payroll/tax matters)

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience on end-to-end assignment life cycle and mobility management

Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Data entry and data analysis (excel basic)

Strong ability to manage cross-cultural diversity in the workplace.

Ability to work in different time zones as the business may need.
