Minimum Requirements:
5 years' experience in a Service Manager role within the Automotive Industry
Multi Franchise experience will be an advantage
Must have a stable track record
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to provide contactable references pay slips
Must have a valid Trade Test for either Petrol Technician or Motor Mechanic
Must be able to work under pressure in a high pace dealership
Must be able to manage a team of up to 20 staff members Service Advisors Costing and Warranty Clerks Petrol Technicians RSA's and Apprentices
Must be able to drive sales growth within the Service DepartmentSalary Structure:
Negotiable Basic Salary (Depending on experience)
