Position: Project Manager

Work Hours: M-F; 9am-5pm EST 9pm to 5 am Philippine Time

Pay Range: $1300 - $2,000/monthly

About the job:

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is proactive, can work independently, and has an understanding of marketing and advertising strategies and their impact on business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Kick off new projects by establishing the scope, timeline, and other pertinent details by communicating with the relevant functions across the organization.

Use project management software (we use Monday.com) to break projects apart into tasks with deadlines and other relevant details.

Lead efficient project meetings, focusing on improving clarity, identifying risks, and removing blockers.

Monitor deadlines and follow up on any late deliverables.

Proactively escalate issues and potential risks to the project owner when relevant.

Identify and implement process improvements, particularly for processes that require collaboration cross-functionally.

Facilitate post-mortems to capture key learnings and drive continuous improvement.

Proactively identify resource constraints and escalate to the project owner and the manager of the team with the resource constraint

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related field

5+ years experience in project management roles

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field is preferable.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience with project management tools and software, such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Understanding of marketing and advertising strategies and their impact on business goals.
