If you are highly organized, analytical, and can thrive in an ambiguous environment, we want you as our APAC Customer Operations Manager. The channel sales team drives all of our revenue in the APAC region - a rapidly growing region for our revenue - and we’re looking for someone to own all operations to support the team’s growth.
The Job:
Be a bridge between the Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance and Systems team to lift sales blockers and suggest key initiatives to improve sales. In this role, you will be comfortable navigating your way in a matrixed organization, working closely with multiple stakeholders. Your direct stakeholders will be the Global Sales Ops team and the APAC Chief of Staff.
Sales Operations (60%)
Manage APAC Pricebook
Support rhythm of business activities, including Forecast, KPI tracking, and project management of Global and APAC initiatives
Support ROI calculations for APAC Deal Desk
Proactively streamline and improve current processes
Create reports and dashboards to support decision making and tracking of progress
Scope and execute complex sales and services project plans
Daily GTM operations (20%)
Operationalize and manage sales enablement programs
Unblock any blockers faced by Go-To-Market teams with other functions
Strategy and Planning (20%)
Support APAC QBR and Townhall preparation
Support with analysis reports, charts and presentations
Support the Global and Regional alignment
You:
Have 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, or as a Business Analyst
Self-starter, and have a bias for action
Extremely organized, and are able to create structure from ambiguity
Are analytical and can use data to draw actionable conclusions
Excellent stakeholder management, ability to communicate across teams, internally and externally
Are hands on with datasets, in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Have a keen attention to detail
Are effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
Bonus skills:
Familiarity with Salesforce, Magento, Netsuite, G Suite
Working knowledge of SQL (or strong willingness to learn)
Have worked in a partner-facing role
Project management experience and skills
