Primary Purpose:

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing COACH selling skills, and COACH Service training. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting store sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. The Sales Associate represents COACH to the consumer, acts as an ambassador of the brand, and ensures customer needs are consistently exceeded.

• Ensure stocks are replenished on need-to-basis and adhere to stock replenishment procedures and ability to meet

moderate stockroom lifting requirements

• Embrace and host customers to maintain long term business relationship

The accomplished individual will possess...

• Minimum 2 years of fashion/ retail experience

• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition

• Strong sense of responsibility and pro-activity

• Ability to work flexible schedule in fast paced environment to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
