About the role: P&C is currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager: Lifestyle and Corporate for our sister creative agency, Bonus Track. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the corporate, loyalty and financial sectors, with a strong grasp of social media trends, content production and an interest in lifestyle. The right candidate will be skilled across all social media platforms, have excellent writing skills, and be comfortable developing ideation for short-form video content. A strong interest in lifestyle and corporate communications is essential—this role will involve developing the social media strategy and content calendar for leading brands in these sectors.

Roles and responsibilities for our Social Media Manager include (but are not limited to) the following:

Working with our Creative + Content division, you will manage the social media accounts for a group of clients, with a focus on lifestyle and corporate sectors.

Lead ideation and planning for social feeds, including selection of relevant channels and tailoring communications and content.

Leverage best practices for social and digital channels to bring forward new content ideas and test & learn opportunities for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Experience with ideating and writing content for the corporate page of a brand on LinkedIn is a must.

Knowledge of social media storytelling as well as strong writing skills for captioning content and developing scripts for videos.

Proven track record of driving organic reach, as well as knowledge of paid reach.

Experience acting on behalf of an organization and being client-facing.

Manage internal and external content creator relationships, creating content briefs, managing content deliverables and reviews, and ensuring seamless content distribution on appropriate channels.

Own plan development and deck creation, monthly content proposals, and ongoing & wrap reporting processes.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing is a plus.

Track hours and expenses.

About you:

You have 3+ years experience in Digital Media, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

An adaptable writing style who can comfortably manage the social media accounts across a host of industries, including: loyalty programs, financial institutions, hospitality, corporate, and more.

You have an enthusiasm for content creation, short form video content, and timely, on-trend social media posts.

Demonstrated success or interest in building and growing audiences, community building, content marketing, social media strategies, and outreach.

Strong social media graphic design abilities, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and editing abilities.

Thrive in a collaborative working environment.

Public speaking experience. You’re a natural with clients and can lead client calls, weekly ideation sessions, and reporting presentations with ease and subject mastery.

Experience with social media monitoring, reporting, and with social media planning programs (Sprout Social, Later, Meltwater, Hootsuite, etc.)

Excellent organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects within established deadlines. You have above par time management with an ability to manage multiple priorities, balance deadlines and pivot between multiple clients.
