Senior Accountant

Express SRG is recruiting for a Senior Accountant for a large manufacturing client in London, ON-This is an onsite opportunity.

Base salary 70-76k with discretionary bonus (up to 7000$)

Responsibilities ( Not limited to: )

Plans and implements the preparation of the annual budget

Maintains MRO reporting, related analysis and adjustment

Assists with the physical verification of inventory

Maintains fixed asset ledger

Prepare month-end journal entries and monthly reconciliations

Preparation and filing of HST return

Maintain group insurance employee benefits analysis and journal entries

Provides back up support to the Financial Accounting Supervisor and Payroll Administrator

Qualification:

3-5 years of progressive experience- Manufacturing is ideal

CPA designation or working towards

Knowledge of payroll
