Are you a highly organized and enthusiastic individual who enjoys being at the heart of a team? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at the JGL head office, located 10 km west of Moose Jaw on the #1 Highway. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations while also coordinating the planning and execution of many aspects of key meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
scheduling for company executives, prioritizing tasks as necessary
incoming and outcoming communications including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
review and send communications on behalf of company executives
and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, logistics, and other requirements
boardroom usage including calendar, usage, food and beverage requirements
as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
coordination including venues, hotels, flights, vendor agreements, attendee lists, etc
management including scheduling, booking flights, hotels, venues, etc
Greet and direct guests as they come in
tasks including filing, witnessing, and preparing important documents
management, including managing vendors and orders of various office and kitchen supplies
daily operational tasks including mail, bank deposits, shipping and receiving of packages
Fleet management including record keeping including mileage, current market value, etc
a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications:
• Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
• Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with the Agriculture industry is a huge plus
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
