Your mission

UX Research plays a pivotal role in product teams' success by enriching their understanding of user needs and pain points. Partnering with Product Designers and cross-functional product teams, UX Research helps solve complex B2B and Enterprise UX challenges.

As UX Researcher you will together with Product Designers partner across the organization, including Product Owners, Engineers, Sales, and Content and Marketing Specialists, to scale exceptional experiences across web, CRM, and mobile platforms.

You will be in charge of...

Lead quantitative and qualitative research.

The UX Research role extends beyond assessing the usability and accessibility of products and their influence on user experience using analytical data and research findings. It involves duties from defining reports and analyzing data from Mixpanel Analytics, planning and executing evaluative and exploratory research studies, interviews, surveys, usability studies to quick turnaround methods to discover and apply insights to support creating innovative solutions.

Develop, evolve and maintain unified insights database.

In our democratic research environment, we need to effectively democratize data so that anyone in our entire organization can access user insights and make better data-informed decisions. Moreover, empower anyone to reuse and reconsider old studies so that we can utilize our efforts more efficiently by not doing the (same) repetitive research.

Mature the Research practice.

Enabling Continuous Discovery through development cycle requires more than just planning & executing research initiatives as they go. It entails UX Researcher acting as evangelist, mentor, and active contributor to grow the Research practice in the entire organization.

Within our democratic research environment, you will have a unique opportunity to drive, build and scale research from scratch as this is our first dedicated role to UX Research at Pricefx.
