Position: Intake Specialist

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm MST

Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/monthly Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Duties and responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking services. This may involve answering phone calls, responding to emails.

Proactively manage the client pipeline, ensuring smooth handling and follow-up of all incoming referrals.

Effectively engage with prospective clients on inbound calls to convert inquiries into scheduled, paid consultations.

Ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately and filed appropriately. This includes intake forms, consent forms, and any other required documentation.

Schedule initial and follow-up appointments for clients with the appropriate service providers.

Arrange and organize meetings with clients, potential clients, opposing counsel, and othe relevant parties, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as Intake Specialist or any similar position. Legal industry preferred.

Very proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

Ability to close and convert a high percentage of inbound calls into paid consultations

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and client information efficiently.

High level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and maintaining records.

Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
