What will your typical day look like?

The Manager of Strategic Operations will be responsible for the following:

Strategic Planning: In partnership with the Financial Operations Lead, design and continually refine the strategic project roadmap for the fiscal year, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Project Leadership: Act as the Project Manager for a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, setting project milestones, managing timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present updates, and drive decision-making processes, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.

Presentation and Reporting: Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations tailored to audiences ranging from technical staff to C-level executives, effectively communicating strategic value and progress of projects.

Performance Measurement: Support the assessment and reporting of strategic project outcomes against defined metrics to evaluate impact and inform future initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across functions with teams in finance, technology, and operations to integrate project efforts and ensure cohesive strategic execution.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution, devising mitigation strategies and leading problem resolution to maintain project continuity and momentum.

Innovation Leadership: Encourage innovation by staying updated on industry trends and new technologies, integrating cutting-edge solutions and practices to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Global Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members across different geographies, adapting strategies to meet regional needs and leveraging global insights for enhanced decision-making.

Do you possess the following?:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in Project Management or Management Consulting roles.

Proven experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and client interviews.

Experience in Market research, customer-centric approaches, and data-driven insights generation.

Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Outstanding communications skills and a track record in client-facing roles.

Previous successful experiences while operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Deep familiarity with technology strategy and financial management topics.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
